Mixing Ratio 100 parts “A” Resin to 27 part “B” Hardener by WEIGHT.

Working time approximately 18 mins at 25 deg C. Initial cure 18 hrs with full cure 3 days.

It takes 18 minutes to reach full expansion and is hard enough to de-mould in about 3 hours.

Coverage: Will expand 4 to 7 times its volume (depending on climatic conditions) - use 5 times for safe average.

This can be poured or syringed into place prior to expanding. This is not like polyurethane foam, as it does not crumble, and also has adhesion.
