Foaming Resin is ideal for floatation applications, buoyancy, and insulation. The Foaming Resin System is recommended for use in applications requiring: Maximum strength-to-weight ratio, Thermal insulation, Sound deadening, Void filling, and Flotation characteristics.

The foam expands up to approximately 25 to 30 times its liquid volume before curing and will fill any shape cavity.

Mixing Ratio 1 part “A” Resin to 1 part “B” Hardener by WEIGHT.

* Directions for use: Stir for approx. 30-45 seconds ensuring full mix, the resin will start expanding. Pour the material. Tip: expansion rate is increased when the material is slightly heated.

* Does not react with oil or petrol and it will normally not absorb water (maximum 2% absorption)

When working with these resins in large projects it is advised to use goggles, gloves and a chemical respirator to protect yourself from the fumes.
