TR-102 Regular Release Wax for fibreglass application, specially formulated to provide the maximum number of releases per application, a firm mold release wax based on high-quality refined carnauba, and petroleum distilates.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

May be allowed to stand at length and still wipe off easily.

Past drying for higher production rates

Based on quality refined waxes that are one of the hardest and most heat resistent.

APPLICATION:

On new or reconditioned tooling, suggest use of our TR-301 Sealer prior to waxing for added release, gloss and mould life* Use a minimum of 5 coats of TR-102 paste wax when conditioning a new mould, allow approx. 1 hour dry between applications. On well conditioned moulds already in use apply the TR-102 with enclosed sponge applicator as needed. Allow to dry and remove with soft towelling.

Clean all brushes, rollers and fibreglass tools with Acetone.

Always wear gloves and dust masks and avoid breathing vapours of resin or dust residue.
