UNDERWATER EPOXY PUTTY is a premium, 100% solids epoxy system designed to cure in extreme conditions, including high humidity, low temperatures, and fully submerged marine environments. Featuring low water miscibility and superior chemical resistance, it delivers exceptional adhesion for structural adhesion in damp-surface applications.

Applications & Uses:

• Around the pool: Secures tile fittings underwater without draining the pool.
• Structural: Repairs cracked concrete walls, floors, beams, and columns in above-grade or underwater environments.
• Boating: Makes repairs to hulls and rudders, etc, without slipping.

PACK SIZES: 400 ml, 2 ltr, 4 ltr, 10 ltr

MIXING AND CLEANING: Mix thoroughly by VOLUME - 3 parts of resin base part A (white) to 1 part of hardener part B (colour) for 3 to 4 minutes. Any changes from the recommended proportion will affect its quality. Scrape the bottoms, sides, and corners of the container to ensure complete blending. Prepare only enough quantities that can be used within the pot-life period (see below).

CLEAN-UP: Use Acetone to clean tools etc. Wash off hands with detergent and warm water. CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes and skin and avoid breathing its vapor. This product may cause severe skin irritation after prolonged or repeated exposure. Keep containers tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. Three (3) parts resin base to one (1) part hardener. VOLUME. Component A - White; Component B - Coloured.

WORKING TIME: Pot life 45-65 minutes (dry condition);

Initial Setting Time: 1-3 hours (wet conditions/underwater). Full Cure Time 24 hours (dry); 2 days (wet condition/underwater)

Shelf Life: Minimum of 12 months under normal conditions (25 deg C, 78 deg F)

Compressive Strength 11,000 - 12,500 psi (ASTM D638-91) @ 7 days full curing

Tensile Strength 3,000 - 5,000 psi (ASTM D638-91) @7 days full curing

Flexural Strength 6,000 - 9,000 psi (ASTM D790-92) @7 days full curing

Bond Strength (Slant Shear Test) 3,000 - 5,000 psi (AASHTO T-237) @7 days full curing
