PurrProp is a two stage coating system for shafts, propellers, rudders (after initial preparation). The first stage is the PurrProp Etch Primer. This purple coloured, epoxy based product is designed to etch and adhere tenaciously to the bare metal surfaces being treated. The second stage of the system is the PurrProp ClearCoat. This product is a silicone based, clear in apearance and has a super slipery surface that will resist plant and marine growth. The total system can be applied by tradesmen and amautures alike.

There are multiple kits sizes ranging from kit #1 (small), Kit #2 (medium), and right through to those kits as used on larger vessels #3 (large)

Separate items are also available.

Complete kit #1 (small) for yachts to 35'

Kit contains: 1 x Surface Cleaner Sachets, 1 x Metal Conditioner Sachet, 1 x 80mL Etch Primer, 1 x 40mL Etch Primer Activator, 1 x 100mL ClearCoat, 2 brushes, microfibre cloth, stirring sticks - Suits Propellors 12" - 24" (30cm - 60cm) or 0.7sq.m (7.5sq.ft)

Complete Kit #2 (medium) for cruisers and trawlers

Kit contains: 2 x Surface Cleaner Sachets, 2 x Metal Conditioner Sachet, 1 x 160mL Etch Primer, 1 x 80mL Etch Primer Activator, 1 x 200mL ClearCoat, 4 brushes, microfibre cloth, stirring sticks - Suits Propellors 24" - 39" (60cm - 99cm) or twin Propellors 12" - 33" (30cm - 83cm) or 1.8sq.m (19.3sq.ft)

Complete Kit #3 (large) for larger cruisers and trawlers

Kit contains: 4 x Surface Cleaner Sachets, 4 x Metal Conditioner Sachet, 2 x 160mL Etch Primer, 2 x 80mL Etch Primer Activator, 2 x 200mL ClearCoat, 6 brushes, microfibre cloth, stirring sticks. Large kits are supplied in 2 individual boxes - Suits 2 x 48 inch (120cm) Propellers plus Running Gear, 3.6sq.mtr (38.6sq.ft)
