Liquid Silicone 121 (10) is translucent with a mix ratio (by weight or Volume) of 1:1. It has a Shure Hardness of 10 A and an elongation rate of 600%.

Liquid Silicone 121 (10) has a pot life of 34 minutes and a demoulding time of 15 - 22 hours. The specific Gravity is 1.15 and has a mixed viscosity of 4950 (cps) (at std 100gr, 25 deg C, 40% humidity)

Liquid Silicone 121 (10) is strong with a tear strength of 86 (ppi) and a tensile strength 465 (psi). The cured rubber will resist 220 deg C + and 45 deg C - temperatures, and has a shrinkage of less than 0.1%, and so can faithfully reproduce even the most intricate items details.

Liquid Silicone 121 (10) is a platinum-based silicone rubber 1:1 mix ratio (by weight or volume) for mould making that when cured, produces a soft and pliable Shore 10A rubber.

Note on Silicone Thickeners - AACI liquid Silicone Thickener (thixotropic agent), when added to AACI liquid silicones, will turn the Silicone from a free flowing liquid, into a thickened (thixotropic - non-flowing) Silicone that allows the product to be applied to a vertical surface. May be compatible with other silicone brands but we recommend that you do your own testing before use. It is recommended to use between 0.5%-3% by weight for the platinum cure silicones, and for condensation type cure silicones may require more to be added to the Silicone (up to 5%).
