Pro-Tips for Optimal Results with TC42

To get the best possible start with your TC42 experience, follow these simple guidelines:

Application Method: TC42 is primarily designed for single-sided application. However, for high-demand areas or when bonding core materials like foams and balsa, applying to both surfaces may be necessary.

• Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, oil, loose paint, wax, or grease.
• Ideal Temperature: For best results, ensure the adhesive and surfaces are between 60 °F - 80 °F (16 °C - 27 °C).
• Spraying Technique: Hold the can about 20-30 cm away from the surface. Apply a uniform, even coat to achieve 6 - 10g per m². Apply an additional coat if any areas appear to require more adhesive.
