Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat is Food Grade, Non Toxic, Non Dangerous Goods Flow Coat for Pools, Food prep areas, Steelwork, Pylons, Fish Ponds, Water Tanks, Boats, Cool Rooms, Food Transport, DIY Renovations, Movie industry etc. (also available in fire retardant) - Made in Brisbane -Australia.

Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat is the latest advancement in Epoxy Resin technology. Incorporating 'high end' FDA approved food grade, non-toxic and non-dangerous goods resins. Possessing great adhesive properties, good chemical resistance, a beautiful smooth sheen finish and being able to be pigmented to almost any light colour, all make Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat 'THE FIRST CHOICE' in a multipurpose coating for literally 100's of applications! (A fire retardant version is available at additional cost and against order).

For Pools: Use Platinum 360-2R Pool Coat (sister product to Epoxy Flow Coat, as it has excellent coverage plus most times a filler coat is not required when recoating a pool (saving heaps in both time and money). Simply repair the pool as required and then apply one coat (thick coat) of 360-2R Pool Coat by brush, roller, or spray. As a tip, mix only enough materials that can be handled within 20 minutes of mixing. Over coating is fine within 24 hours without surface preparation provided no dirt, dust, grease, or moisture has reached the surface, otherwise, a light sand and apply a second coat. Epoxy Flow Coat can be substituted for Platinum Pool Coat.

For Steelwork: Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat gives excellent protection to properly prepared steel components. Its thick, hard, and chemically resistant surface makes 360-2R Flow Coat ideal to paint exposed steelwork both inside and out. Pipework, boat trailers, tanks etc. Ideal for steel walkways in food preparation areas. 360-2R Flow Coat comes supplied in white or natural but can be easily pigmented in most colours (included glow in the dark pigments) for access or product identification. 360-2R Flow Coat can be specially manufactured as a fire-retardant coating (additional cost) .

For food prep areas: Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat is the simple answer to so many food preparation areas around the world? Floors, walls, benchtops can all be coated with this amazing product to meet FDA food grade requirements. 360-2R Flow Coat is also non-toxic and non-dangerous goods, making it ideal for small business owners to do many of the painting jobs for themselves, thus saving bucket loads of cash that is better spent on their business. (Always check for any local government requirements in this area and to confirm FDA Food Grade requirements are applicable). Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat can be posted anywhere in the world or air freighted without a problem.

For Fishponds: It is now possible by using 360-2R Flow Coat to recoat outside (and inside) fishponds to any colour. This then frees up Architects with their designs. Landscape Architects can also have the freedom of design, and colours are limited only to the imagination. Water Tanks: Water storage tank coatings have always been problematic in the past. And so now, 360-2R Flow Coat can be used for coating most water tanks (internal pipes as well). 360-2R Flow Coat is FDA food grade, non-toxic and non-dangerous goods. It is solvent free and has little or no smell when applying.

For Boats: The applications for Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat are endless around leisure craft? Using 360-2R Flowl Coat as an anchor locker, bins or hatch cover coating is a given. Especially considering the smooth sheen surface on 360-2R that makes the surface so easy to wipe and keep clean. Other areas of use for 360-2R on pleasure craft includes tanks, including grey water tanks. (A fire-retardant version of 360-2R Flow Coat is currently under testing)

For Cool Rooms: Cool rooms of any size can now easily be recoated with a fresh finish. As there is little or no smell, and because no solvents are used in 360-2R Flow Coat manufacture, then cool room painting can take place without the need of specialist respirator breathing equipment, and only proper and adequate ventilation is required. Food Transport: Food transport is now so easy. A single application of Platinum 360-2R (provided it meets the appropriate legislative authorities’ requirements) is all that is needed.

For DIY Renovations: One can only imagine the uses of Platinum 360-2R in home renovations? Restoring old balustrading? Coating a patio? Coating a custom-made shower or bath? Anywhere a thick, colorful, hard surface finish is required? Then Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat is the product. Pylons: These can now be coated in Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat to give a thick protection that is resistant to knocks. Various colours can be used for identification and 360-2R Flow Coat chemical resistance plus smooth surface will resist marine growth.

Technical:

Platinum 360-2R Flow Coat, two-part epoxy coating mixed by weight ratio – 3 parts A to 1 Part B. Part A is a thick white (or natural) solution (consistency similar to whipped cream). It has little or no smell. Part A can be pigmented almost any light colour, including ‘glow in the dark’ by adding pigments powders up to 5%. Part B is clear thick liquid (consistency similar to fruit juice). It has a very slight ammonia smell. Coverage: 500 grams/sq. mtr. approximately. Pot life: 20 mins or thin film set 2.5hrs. Full cure 24 hrs (at normal 25 deg C, 40% humidity). Mix enough for only 20 minutes working. Surface: Shore D 65. Temp. resistance 80 deg C
