This Deep Casting River Table Clear Epoxy Resin is a top of the line performer that can be used in so many casting applications including: — Jewellery, Furniture, Promotional Products, Trophies, Flower display, Artwork, Model Making, Set Designs, 'One Off' niche products etc. A quality multi-purpose Deep Cast Clear Epoxy Resin for all those volume-use jobs - AND it contains no solvents whatsoever!
Just look at some of the applications below and you will find that this is the ONE resin for your many casting projects and applications.:
* Furniture Manufacture - it has superior working time, good cures times, easy to mix by volume and can be even be applied over most other brands of cured epoxies. When modified with fillers, tints and pigments, outstanding effects can result. We recommend a top-coat of our 2:1 Platinum 360+ Clear Epoxy Resin for a durable hard surface.
* Floral Art - Ideal for the 'fake water' effect. UV inhibitors are added to the resin to give the maximum possible non-yellowing period and Deep Cast Clear Epoxy Resin is superior in this area.
* Jewelry - a great medium to get that 'special' effect. For smaller items? We would recommend our 2:1 ratio, Ultra Clear Epoxy Resin (available from our store)
* Deep-cast Cast Clear Epoxy Resin is ideal for coffee table applications.
We recommend a top-coat of our 2:1 Platinum 360+ Clear Epoxy Resin for a durable hard surface.
Coverage: Epoxy resins before mixing act a little like honey - in that in summer, they are very runny while in winter they are very stiff.
This kit comes with 2 free pigments. Colours are available here, Please leave a note, when purchasing, of which colour you would like https://aacompositesonline.company.site/Pigment-Pa...
Clean all brushes, rollers and tools with Acetone. Use protective gloves when working with this product. We have available a special hand cleaner for cleaning up, but you can also use soap and water or white vinegar to clean your hands but we only always recommend using disposable gloves.
While the Deep Cast Clear Epoxy Resin has no strong detectable smell, never the less it is always good practice to work in a well-ventilated, dust-free environment, indoors or outdoors.
Mix this Deep Cast Clear Epoxy Resin in the ratio: 2 parts Resin to 1 part Hardener by WEIGHT. If casting large volumes and using many litres of material at one time? Then there are special techniques used by professionals to get their stunning results. Please contact our office for some tips prior on starting large jobs as an amateur.
As this product has a long cure time at ambient temperature (Working time 8 hrs 15 mins at 25 deg C. Initial jelly set within 24 hrs with the lasting full cure in 3 days), Post cure is not needed.
The shelf life of epoxies is well over 12 months.
Working time 8 hrs 15 mins at 25 deg C. Initial set 24 hrs with full cure 10 days.
Coverage is by WEIGHT.
Please Note: This product is a very pure epoxy. Pure Epoxies act similarly to pure honey (during winter, honey is extremely thick, and yet in summer, that same honey is very thin and runny). So, to it is with epoxies. And just like pure honey which sometimes turns into sugar, pure Epoxy resin can act in a similar way and develop crystals (usually in part A). This is not from faulty resin, but the common thought is that it is from the cyclic hot days and cold nights when stored. An easy fix is to heat the jugs up in very hot water for about 30 mins and this will restore the resin to be perfectly clear. That heating is also a good thing to help remove air bubbles trapped in the epoxy due to transportation.
If I have to do a critical pour or application, as a tip, I heat the jugs in near-boiling water the day before the pour and let them cool down for the day of my pour. Additionally, when mixing the two parts, I decant into the mixing container by pouring down the side of the container using the lower viscosity hardener first, followed by the base resin. All this effort is to try to limit any possible air bubbles that could ruin the finished product. Even when mixing, I use a wide rule and do not even take it off the bottom of the mixing container. Mixing is so important to get the best results and can take 3 mins.
Note: Always close the caps after each usage, otherwise the contents might turn cloudy and skin might form if the bottle cap is left open. Larger quantities are available upon request, please contact us.
Stringent production processes include testing at production and further testing at packaging are designed to prevent any possible faulty products from being sent to customers. 99.9% of customer reported faults can be traced back to user error. We request that the customer complete a resin test before before reporting a possible fault. For testing of resin, use the following link: Resin testing Additionally, when products are sold to 1000's of users worldwide without problems coming from the same source? Then individual problems are mostly traced back to user error.
Some customers require additional information to help make their choices.
The pages being created include technical datasheets, safety data sheets, help sheets for usage, etc. and we hope that this will act as a service in helping customers gain maximum results from these stunning resins.

I recently purchased your Ultra Clear resin for a bench top renovation. We live in a very dated house and decided to update the kitchen, but we are on a budget.
Great resin, quick delivery. Made a new top for my dinning table that was looking old. Happy with the ocean inspired look!
Great products. Delivered to your door within the time stated. Just ordered another lot!
