Cotton Flock is used as a structural resin filler. When mixed with epoxy resin, Cotton Flock can be used in structural joints and in areas where a very hard, durable buildup is required. Mix in a ratio of 2 parts Cotton Flock to 1 part Epoxy Resin.. Mix in enough Cotton Flock to make the mixture stand up. Cotton Flock, mixed with epoxy resin is often used to reinforce a sharp corner. Paint a light coat of pure epoxy inside the corner, and trowel the Cotton Flock/Epoxy Resin mixture in to make a triangular support. The Cotton Flock/Epoxy Resin corner is prepared just before one glass surface is applied for a wet bond to one surface.

Packed in a plastic 1 ltr container (approx. 80 grams) or in plastic bags of 2 kg size.
