The use of these technical textiles can be applied in fields including transportation and automotive industries, building constructions, aerospace equipment, furniture, medical products, and the market grows as technologies develop.

Biaxial fabrics in composite reinforcements have; a fiber arrangement that is advantageous with load directions, a low thermal expansion, a low manufacturing cost, a high fracture toughness, easy recycling, various forming possibilities, as well as high resistance to environmental conditions, and corrosion.

Biaxial cloths can come with either a weft knit (which is made with a single yarn looped horizontally to form a row with each row building on the previous one), OR a warp knit (which is made with numerous parallel yarns that are looped vertically at the same time).

Depending on your project needs; AACI can supply you with a range of Biaxial packages and a choice of density.

The product comes folded into packs ranging from 1/2 m to 5 m, then 10m and 20 m rolls. This product can be rolled onto a roll for a small additional fee if you would prefer it other than folded. Specific lengths can be rolled for individual needs (eg. 17.5 m) and collected from our factory at Hemmant. Rolls are then wrapped in plastic for shipping.
