Aerosil - is a lightweight filler that is used with Polyester, Vinylester & Epoxy Resins for 'non sag' properties.

It is ideal as a glue when mixed with 2:1 Epoxy. Aerosil can be added to Microcells (available from our store) when making a fairing mix, to improve 'non sag' qualities. Aerosil can be used below the waterline on permanently immersed vessels.

Our preferred brand to stock is Aerosil, but if that is not available it can be substituted for Cabosil M5 or another equivalent product.

AACI Aerosil products are conveniently packaged in a variety of sizes for convenient use. Packs range from a Litre shrink-wrapped container size to a 5L, a 10L, or a 20L container. Full Bags can be purchased and preordering can be done for Bulk orders.
